Male-male romance on Torchwood
On this week's episode of Torchwood, Captain Jack Harkness falls for...Captain Jack Harkness. Jack and Toshiko stumble into a time rift and wind up in a WWII era club--the British equivalent to a USO, complete with live music, dancing and bar. While stuck there, they meet Captain Jack Harkness, a handsome fellow not resembling Jack. Turns out, Jack took on his identity after his death, which is tomorrow. Jack tells Toshiko that he was a con man, explaining his need to switch identities. Although Captain Jack has a girlfriend, he kisses her goodbye and plans to spend the night watching over his men to make sure they stay out of trouble before flying out the next day. Jack and Jack connect on and off throughout the night, holding hands at one point, dancing together romantically and sharing a passionate kiss, just before Jack has to jump back through the rift which has just reopened.
